Physical characteristics
With their upward-curving tails, miniature structures and small erect ears, Pomeranians impress with their cuteness.
The most distinctive feature of Pomeranians, whose weight varies between 1.5 - 3 kg, is their thick and fluffy fur. Pomeranians have a two-layered fur structure, while their outer layers consist of hard and smooth hairs, while their lower layers consist of soft, dense and fluffy hairs. This fur structure helped keep them warm in cold climates. Pomeranians can be found in many different colors.
